Our farm practices regenerative agriculture that not only offers better health and quality of life to the livestock but also heals the land and builds soil for the future. This model of farming really shines in the product. Offering better flavor and superior nutritional value all while providing peace of animals and the environment were treated right.
Our livestock is raised outdoors and is moved regularly to fresh pasture. This keeps them in constant supply of new forage as well as moving the animals off yesterday's manure to keep them clean and healthy. Because of this, we have no need to use antibiotics, steroids, or growth hormones. The animals are supplemented with local Non-GMO feed to complete their diet.
We firmly believe this is the way animals should be raised. Clean, healthy food can be the body’s best medicine, we are honored to be the farm you know and trust.

I started my business in 2015. I sell at local farmers markets including Belleville, Blanchardville, Argyle, Mazomanie, New Glarus, and Jada's Greenhouse "Santa in the Greenhouse" November market. I sell annual and perennial flower seeds in the fall and cut flower bouquets composed of annual and native perennial flowers. All flowers in the bouquets can be dried and their seeds dispersed for self-seeding. I also make and sell fresh home-made jams from locally produced fruits, and home canned products from local produce including marinara, pickles and relishes, canned applesauce, pears, and peaches. I use locally grown fresh produce to make the final canned product. A flower bouquet is free with every canned product, to teach people about the importance of pollinators. I grow much of the produce that I make into my market products. I explain to the market customers that if we dont provide safe, chemical free habitats for the pollinators, we will not have food to eat that depends on the pollinators!

I'm Paula and I make sourdough bread! I was introduced to sourdough in the fall of 2023, and it swiftly became my passion. It quickly gained popularity on my social media platforms, and there is hardly a day that goes by that someone isn't in my DM's asking me trouble shooting questions with their sourdough journey. I love experimenting by scoring the dough, playing around with creative ingredients to add such botanicals and sprinkles. It's my goal to provide artisanal sourdough which varies according to the season.
